This policy explains what information Innovate Web Development (“IWD,” “we,” “us”) collects through innovatewebdevelopment.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
When you use our contact form, we receive the details you type in: typically your name, email address, and your message. The form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, which delivers your message to us. We use it only to reply to you, to discuss a project, and to keep a record of the conversation.
Like most websites, we use analytics tools to understand how the site is used and how well it works:
These tools use cookies or similar technologies and may collect your IP address and browser details. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a browser extension that blocks analytics, and the site will still work.
Our Business Center tools run inside your browser. Anything you type, upload, or generate in them, such as an invoice, a logo, or a project brief, stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, when they need it to do their job, or when the law requires it.
This site loads fonts and code libraries from third-party providers and links to other websites. Those providers and sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
We keep contact messages and project correspondence for as long as they are useful for the relationship or required for our business records, then delete them.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by using the contact page. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy. See also our Terms of Use.
